History
AEM Solutions is founded by six graduated aerospace students of the Aeronautical Engineering department of INHolland University of Applied Sciences Delft.

Project outsourcing is the new way in the modern world for major companies to keep costs at an acceptable level. AEM Solutions focusses on developing design and build projects with this mindset.
As an independent, flexible engineering office AEM Solutions is able to apply to a broad scalar of projects, additionally with competing knowledge. Quality Assurance is performed by te use of a documentation system and by hiring external expertise for evaluating checks.
A typical project for AEM Solutions features the following steps:

Vision
Initially AEM Solutions is an aerospace engineering company. Aside from aerospace the company has also interest in other technical industries. By applying knowledge to other branches, innovative solutions can be considered an 'out-of-the-box' mind setting from which better products are developed.
In the first years the company will work on several small simultaneous projects.
In the future the target market will expand to a more international level. The main focus of the company is set at the aerospace industry, by tailoring solutions for other branches AEM Solutions will operate within alternative industries.
